LTMU #8 - Day 5/ Push It


WOW,
A week and a half has already gone by so fast! School has been keeping me busy, like always, but 5 days ago I started my new work out routine and healthy eating approach to finally get to my goal weight and keep off the weight that I had gained from the first year at school.

There are many benefits I find now, no longer living res in having been restricted to their meal plan at the cafeteria.

What have I been listening to? These three songs have really helped me push it to my limit this week or just keep me up to pace when I start slowing down, bored as hell staring at the timer while doing cardio lol. I'm starting to get tired of the songs I currently have on loop so I need to get around to putting some new ones on my phone, any suggestions?
